Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for performing multiple tasks to support the maintenance of CNC/NC Machinery, Precision equipment, and Facility components. In addition to maintenance, you will have responsibility for the handling and placing machinery and equipment and other duties as assigned. Duties include, but are not limited to: 


• Planning and performing equipment mechanical maintenance and repair work

• Diagnosing and trouble shooting 

• The handling and placing machinery and equipment requiring assembly with precision, alignment, and fitting using radio-controlled cranes, fork lifts or other material movement devices, handle heavy tackle, make difficult hitches will be required 

Basic Requirements/Qualifications

• Starting Pay is $24.88/hr with night shift differential of $1/hr when working 2nd or 3rd shift hours. Must be able to work 2nd shift

• Must have a minimum of 3 years using detailed electrical and mechanical schematics/drawings to complete tasks

• Must have a minimum of 3 years industrial or facilities maintenance experience (to include preventive maintenance of production equipment/machinery, general plumbing, industrial electrical/wiring, 480 V or higher equipment)

•  Must have used Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures

• Must have ability to properly use and care for assigned tools and equipment

•  Must have experience in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment

• Must be able to adhere to standards, do a quality job in a safe manner and within acceptable time

•  Must be able to work as part of a team. Maintenance employees will have the responsibility for performing numerous preventative maintenance tasks while performing assigned maintenance tasks and other related duties as assigned

•  Must be able to lift material up to 40 lbs.

• Must be able to complete maintenance tasks at heights up to 50 ft.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High-school diploma or GED or equivalent

• Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment, for example safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs and safety shoes

• Must be willing to work in a tobacco-free environment

• Be willing to submit to random drug tests

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.  We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

• Must be willing to work as necessary to meet requirements of the position, including the ability to work occasional weekends and scheduled overtime

• Must be able to climb and complete some work on ladders

• Must have ability to properly use and care for assigned tools and equipment

• Must be able to adhere to standards, do a quality job in a safe manner and within acceptable time 

• Every employee will be an in-process inspector
