Marshfield Medical Center - Eau Claire is a 44-bed, full-service hospital offering advanced care capabilities including cardiovascular surgery, advanced spine surgery, 24/7 emergency medicine, critical care, inpatient/outpatient oncology care, and more.

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting and collaborating with the Quality Manager. In this role, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for utilizing knowledge and skills to ensure successful implementation and oversight of the System-level Laboratory Quality Management plan. The Quality Coordinator must act as a leader by building collaborative relationships with laboratory and non-laboratory personnel. This includes interaction with physicians, laboratory, and other medical staff to complete the duties needed to support the Quality program.

Requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences or related field; Additional education in quality preferred
• Four years of Clinical Laboratory experience
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License required with an acceptable record
• Knowledge of Quality Systems and training preferred
• American Society of Clinical Pathology or equivalent certification preferred
• American Society of Quality (ASQ) Certification preferred
