Key Responsibilites:

• Supervision, including employee hiring, retention and discipline.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Direction of plant operations and significant flexo print manufacturing.
• Maintain a well-trained and motivated staff across multiple shifts.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Identifies more efficient processes in the pressroom.
• Balances quality, productivity, cost and safety to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Involved with Technical Product Development and R&D Management.
• Responsible for plant production goals.
• Oversight of all Production, Receiving and Warehouse equipment.     

Knowledge/Skills:

• 5 years Management experience preferred.
• 10 years Flexo press operator experience preferred.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Attention to detail.
