A role on the Financial Planning and Analysis team means providing insight and guidance to support Target's strategic growth strategies and financial decisions. You'll deliver objective and financially-focused insights to the business owners and finance leaders. You will be a critically important resource for long-term and annual financial planning, analysis and drive cross-company initiatives.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Planning, you will be responsible for leading corporate forecasting routines and actuals reviews to help leadership assess performance and surface enterprise trade offs. You will also be a key figure in FP&As transformation to a dynamic, enterprise wide planning process. You will build meaningful partnerships across FP&A teams as you work to capture key themes, trends and insights to be shared with senior finance and company leadership helping Target deliver strong annual and long-term financial outcomes. You will also be responsible for ad-hoc projects and delivering high-quality analytic insights to help drive decision making. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:
• B.A/B.S degree in accounting or finance
• 3-5 years relevant finance experience (including FP&A experience)
• Strong analytical, decision-making, project management and organizational skills
• Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
• Experienced in collaborating across departments/business units and driving results through collaboration
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; tailors message by audience, negotiate consequences, handle crisis, setbacks and conflicts constructively and diplomatically, and provide essential information to the right people at the right time; relationship-building aptitude
• Microsoft excel, powerpoint as well as SAP and SSAS skills desired
