Job Details

Pro Staff is partnering with a local retailer who is seeking a Customer Service Lead. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with a 7:30a-5:30p schedule. The Customer Service Lead primarily monitors quality and productivity of the customer service team, reporting directly to the head of the Customer Service Department. This role is paying $20-21 per hour depending on experience.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls regarding navigating the company website, returns, pricing, sizing and delivery options.
  • Educate about and upsell company products
  • Assist with escalated calls via email, phone, or social media
  • Document calls in database
  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience leading call center environment
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Suite
  • Positive and professional attitude
