Customer Service Lead
Job Details
Pro Staff is partnering with a local retailer who is seeking a Customer Service Lead. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with a 7:30a-5:30p schedule. The Customer Service Lead primarily monitors quality and productivity of the customer service team, reporting directly to the head of the Customer Service Department. This role is paying $20-21 per hour depending on experience.
