In this role, the Spanish Bilingual Claims Specialist will make outbound calls to collect, document, and follow-up with claims reports. The Spanish Bilingual Claims Specialist must submit paperwork, negotiate value collections, answer questions, and assist with payment options. Ideal candidates for the Spanish Bilingual Claims Specialist position will have the ability to multi-task with numerous assignments in an organized fashion.

Pay: $17/hour

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish Prior customer service experience Comfortable with making outbound calls Basic computer and typing skills Proficient in Microsoft office suite Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
