Pro Staff is seeking energetic, proactive candidates for a Lead Generation Specialist opportunity in Plymouth, MN! This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company who truly values their employees. In this position you will be using different tools including LinkedIn to follow up with leads, qualify and create personalize messages based on in depth research about the prospect. Hours: Regular Business Hours

Pay: $20-23/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities: 

• First point of contact for answering company phones (low volume)
• Qualify leads over the phone and through email
• Use research software to seek out decision makers
• Draft customized messages based on research about the prospect
• Enter and edit contacts, prospects and notes into the CRM
