Pro Staff is currently hiring a Product Manager for our client in Milwaukee. This is a temp to hire opportunity supporting a busy electronics distributor.  Candidates must be experienced in material sourcing, negotiating prices, and purchasing materials from vendors.  Additionally, candidates must be familiar with monitoring inventory levels and forecasting workflow needs. This is a full time, Mon – Fri position with a 8:00AM – 5:00PM schedule. 

Typical job duties include -

• Issuing and maintaining purchase orders
• Managing and forecasting inventory levels in order to meet the daily production schedule
• Dis-positioning returned goods
• Meeting with vendors to discuss product performance and negotiate pricing
• Comparing material cost and performance with gross profit 

Job requirements include -

• High School Diploma or GED, 
• Ability to meet and exceed productivity standards for deadlines and projected costs
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• At least 2-5 years of previous experience in a product management role
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
