Collaborate with business units such as Sales, Product, Health Promotion and Quality teams across the organization to ensure all touch points articulate the required and desired components of products and services available to IFP members and prospects.

Content strategy and creative direction will be coordinated within Marketing, working with Market Manager and Content Strategist. Responsibilities from there include crafting strategic and actionable content delivered in high-quality form. This will include writing copy content for web and digital to ensure consistent tone and messaging across all channels.

• Coordinate with Marketing Content Strategist for alignment on messaging strategies. Any advertising and related marketing material for brand, direct mail, digital, social, traditional, and experiential will follow messaging strategies that are understood and leveraged by the IFP Communications Lead to help inform materials they are responsible for. This approach will help create an omnichannel, or cross-channel, content strategy to improve member experience long-term.

• Meet with key stakeholders to develop and execute measurable communication tactics that meet product and enrollment goals and align with marketing strategies. Ensure Marketing campaigns, messaging, and tactics align with and support achievement of the annual Marketing strategies and communication plans.

• Provide input and collaborate with graphic designer on overall look to help ensure business owner and target audience goals and desired outcomes are being met overall, with final decision by design.

• Leverage opportunities to elevate and amplify brand awareness for assigned product(s) through opportunities to partner with other initiatives, departments, and required communications.

• Collaborate with Government Relations staff to ensure compliance with CMS and other statutory requirements.

• Serve as an editorial resource and consultant to other departments on communications projects as requested, and work in a cross-functional or collaborative way with other areas of the organization and within the team.

• Guide editorial development of assigned products' quality improvement, disease management, and health promotion materials to support targeted STARS and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) objectives and accreditation requirements.

• Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging, design and UCare "voice" and "tone" in communications.

• Adhere to the member material process mapping system, partner with traffic coordinator, and fulfill business owner and marketing communications roles as outlined in the process, and ensure timely turnaround to meet target deadlines for all materials and projects.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.
