Position Summary
Manage the staff, process and relationships that align with Perforce’s Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Agile Project Management (Hansoft) product strategy, growth and success. Provide leadership and coordination of the evaluation, demonstration and licensing for the ALM product line, influence product strategy thorough customer feedback and evaluation of service and training engagements. Provide product leadership by collaborating with cross-functional leaders to evaluate market trends and to improve product demonstrations for potential end-users, assisting with the annual go-to-market plan for the ALM and Hansoft product lines, and recommending changes as needed. Act as the technical sales leader for Perforce’s ALM and Hansoft products though management the licensing, major accounts, and evaluation and demonstration process, overseeing that all deliverables are met within the technical sales cycle, managing major and critical developing accounts, and working closely with the VP of Sales relating to contract negotiations, owing the licensing policy and the evaluation/demonstration process for ALM and Hansoft. Manage consulting operations, including the introduction of Perforce consultants on customer engagements from start to finish, ensuring that the customer's needs are met, engaging internal and external technical resources for projects, creating consulting proposals, managing the ALM consulting budget and ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual goals are met. Plan for and accomplish goals that secure new customers and provide profitable service engagements for new and existing customers. Travel up to 30% of time within the U.S.


Required Education, Experience and Skills
•12 years’ software industry experience in management roles in a technical customer consulting or technical sales field.


Must have:
•8 years’ software development experience in .NET, JavaScript, REST API’s, SOAP API’s, MS SQL, PostgreSQL
•8 years’ experience implementing SDLC solutions for embedded, medical device or financial service organizations. 
•3 years’ cloud solution deployment experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
•3 years’ experience deploying tools using Perforce Helix VCS, StarTeam, Dimensions, TestTrack, Helix ALM, QA Wizard Pro or Jira
•Must have SAFE/SCRUM certification
•Travel up to 30% of the time within the U.S.
