A role on the Financial Planning and Analysis team means providing insight and guidance to support Target's strategic growth strategies and financial decisions. You'll deliver objective and financially-focused insights to the business owners and finance leaders. You will be a critically important resource for long-term and annual financial planning, analysis and drive cross-company initiatives.

As a Sr. Manager, FP&A, Stores Finance, you are responsible for leading the core financial processes for Stores, including expense and capital portfolio management. In this role, you will work alongside partners in Store Operations to help translate strategies into financial plans across both the near- and long-term. In addition, you will be responsible for guiding our Target's store organization to deliver on their financial commitments, actively managing risks and opportunities and helping leaders make tradeoff decisions. This role will also involve a close partnership with Corporate Finance Planning through annual goal planning, corporate forecasting, and capital governance.
