Pro Staff is seeking a Human Resources professional to specialize in Talent Acquisition.  This is a full time, temporary position to cover a leave of absence from September-December 2019.

M-F, $16-19 per hour depending on experience.  The majority of the work will be done in St. Cloud, but occasional travel to Spicer, MN will be required as well.

Position Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

·         Build a pipeline and source candidates through multiple channels.

·         Administer execution of all recruitment and hiring activities for Contact Center including:

o   Create, post and market job openings.

o   Review applications.

o   Dispense pre hire testing assessments for candidates. 

o   Interview and hire candidates based on pre-defined position criteria. 

o   Prepare offer letters and other new hire paperwork.

o   Conduct background checks

o   Manage onboarding paperwork and equipment coordination.

o   New hire onboarding and orientation.

·         Oversee planning and execution of recruitment events such as job fairs and

·         Answer candidate questions about positions, company and position details.

Other Responsibilities:

·         Become trained in contact role to act as back up agent when needed.

·         Various other HR related tasks. 

·         Various other tasks and projects as assigned by management

 

Required Skills

·         Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to prioritize tasks

·         Ability to work with confidential information

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Proven ability to manage projects to completion

·         Proactive propensity towards HR issues and opportunities without supervision

 

 

Qualifications

·         2-3 years of talent acquisition experience.

·         Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software is a plus

·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
