CommonBond is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Advantage Services Coordinator, working Monday through Friday. This 40 hour per week position will work at Wilder Square, an apartment building with 136 units near Frogtown Farms in St. Paul.

The Advantage Services Coordinator will bring a high level of organization skills, adaptability, and strong communication skills, as well as experience providing services that address mental health and/or chemical health needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND ASSOCIATED TASKS
• Provide culturally appropriate services, programs, assessment, referral, and advocacy to promote resident stability
• Assist residents to positively resolve situations that place housing stability at risk
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate programs to promote healthy and positive relationships within the community and surrounding neighborhood
• Coordinates the implementation of Wellness Opportunities in housing communities
• Provide integrated employment services to assist residents to secure, retain and advance in employment
• Work as an effective team member
• Maintain timely, accurate, complete, and secure resident records
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services or similarly related field, or at least three years of experience in a related field.
• At least two years of experience providing individual services to a diverse population of individuals.
• Knowledge of community resources and service networks.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience working within diverse communities, which include people of various ages, gender, sexual orientations, national origins, income levels, ability levels, religious affiliations, races, and languages.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment with both internal and external partners.
• Ability to network and develop community partnerships.
• Experience utilizing MS Office and web based programs.
• Be Certified in CPR and First Aid or have the ability to become certified within six months of starting position.
