In partnership with a medical device distributor located in Eden Prairie, MN Pro Staff is now hiring a Warehouse Lead! This growing organization is seeking a leader with warehouse and leadership experience to provide direction to the team for routine responsibilities of the Order Fulfillment Team, train new employees, and be available to advise in areas such as international shipping and use of powered equipment. Applicants must have experience motivating a team, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude!

Pay: $17-20/hour depending on prior experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, weekly rotating schedule of 8:30am - 5pm AND 9:30am - 6pm

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Prior shipping/warehousing experience
• Experience utilizing inventory management systems in a warehouse environment required
• Previous experience leading and motivating teams to achieve goals, as well as training
• Ability to operate light industrial machinery (specifically WAV)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Effectively meet packing and shipping requirements of both internal and external customers
• Ensure Order Fulfillment personnel working at optimal standards
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and other leadership to ensure all goals met
• Ensure all assignments have been completed each day and preparations made for the following day (lock/arm building, schedule review, communicate to leaders, etc.)
• Provide training and follow up
• Complete documentation and other actions in computer system
