Customer Service Representative
In this role you will manage inbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries or with updating their account information, and document customer calls. The customer service representative is counted on to provide quality service on every call, regardless of the time it takes to handle the inquiry. This is why your metrics will not be tracked—no timed calls, no quotas to meet. Just the need to provide great service.
Ideal candidates for the Customer Service position will have strong listening and communication skills, a positive and customer-focused attitude, and an ability to work with new and changing technology.
Pay: $13 per hour
Training hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. You will then move to 12:00pm-8:30pm OR 12:30-9:00pm
