Duties include:
- Perform collections related to major & complex accounts
- Assist to resolve short payments, disputes, billing issues, etc., and escalate delay issues to supervisor
- Pull and analyze aging reports and work with supervisor to establish monthly and quarterly goals
- Follow credit processes and procedures to make appropriate decision to release holds on orders.
- Perform credit review of new and existing customers to recommend lines of credit
- Assist with various projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of credit and collections experience
- Experience with SAP and/or GetPaid software is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook); intermediate to advanced Excel skills
