Hunter Hamilton has partnered with a company in Plymouth for a temporary Business to Business Collector located in Minnetonka. This is a temporary position lasting 1-3 months with the potential to be hired on permanently! This role has a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am-5pm and paying $18-$23 per hour, depending upon experience and qualifications. Interested and qualified candidates should apply now!

Duties include:

• Management of delinquent accounts
• Making outbound calls and sending letters and emails to collect past due amounts
• Reconcile payment and billing histories
• Periodically analyze credit information in order to recommend appropriate resolution to problem accounts 
• Other duties as required

Experience:

• Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-3+ years previous collections experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
