Working in Responsible Sourcing, you will help manage the programs and policies that make up our responsible sourcing program. Our program managers engage with others in the industry to drive alignment and build relationships with key stakeholders. Our program managers also build strong internal relationships connecting responsible sourcing priorities with other strategic initiatives.

As a Sr. Responsible Sourcing manager, you will manage the environmental program and help Target embed responsible sourcing practices throughout the company. You will define the scope for environmental oversight of factories, assess the impact of environmental programs, create program expectations and trainings and coach and train internal partners on our environmental programs. You will also be a key driver of the strategy for sourcing transparency and help to develop a plan for scaling necessary technology, including the Higg FEM platform. About you:

Four-year degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of work experience in environmental supply chain issues

Knowledge of industry programs like Higg Facilities Environmental Module, Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs (IPE) and Green Choice Alliance Audit

Experience with supply chain mapping beyond Tier 1 facilities

Willing to travel occasionally
