CommonBond is excited to announce an opening for a a full-time 40 hours per week Accounting Clerk located at our Central Office in Saint Paul. This position processes all corporate and site invoices, produces all billing of corporate accounts receivables, enters miscellaneous cash receipts, performs year-end close and audit processes, performs as back-up to other Accounting Clerks, and prepares various monthly financial reports for management.

Shift: 8:00-4:30 pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Processes all corporate invoices and reviews site a/p batches before they can be posted.
• Produces all billing of corporate accounts receivable.
• Maintains accurate receivables and payables records
• Demonstrates a clear understanding and consistent use of relevant software programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Accounting Certificate
• Ability to maintain tight internal controls and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and outcomes
• Experience using Excel and designing spreadsheets
• Experience with computerized accounting processes
• Ability to operate accurately a 10 key adding machine
• Strong figure aptitude
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
