Job Details

General Duties & responsibilities:

 

  • Process all orders received by fax, telephone and mail into PRMS order entry system.
  • Answer customer service phone lines and assist customers with general product questions, pricing and product availability.
  • Receive and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Perform other departmental duties assigned.
  • Qualifications:

     

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy.
  • Competent with MS word, excel & outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be capable of making sound decisions and achieving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
  • Superior work ethic, attendance and punctuality required.
  • Attention to detail a must.
