Job Details
We are hiring for a custodian to join our team in Bingham Lake! This position is temporary expected to last 2-3 months.
Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize all areas of plant on a daily basis.
- Sweep, wax and buff floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets and rugs and clean windows.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.
- Clean and empty garbage and trash cans daily.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies either manually or with moving equipment.
- Maintain grounds to include watering, mowing and trimming.
- Identify and communicate minor maintenance projects to appropriate management team member.
- Perform touch-up painting when needed.
- Maintain involvement with inventory control as needed.
- Perform minor repairs; notify management team concerning the need for major repairs.
