Pro Staff is seeking enthusiastic, motivating leaders for a temp to hire Lead Warehouse Associate opportunity in Eden Prairie! This medical device distributor is looking for candidates with at least 2 years of leadership experience to learn their business and motivate the Order Fulfillment team. Prior warehouse experience is not required - individuals with a leadership background (retail included) are encouraged to apply!

Pay: $17-20/hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, rotating weekly 8:30am - 5pm & 9:30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Effectively meet packing and shipping requirements
• Ensure personnel working at optimal standards
• Work with Warehouse Manager and other leads to prioritize and assign tasks
• Ensure all assignments have been completed each day and preparations made for the following day (lock/arm building, schedule review, communicate to leaders, etc.)
• Provide training and follow-up to team
• Investigate and adjust inventory counts
• Complete documentation and other actions in computer system
