A role with Target Visual Marketing means an opportunity to shape our guests' holistic experience inside our stores. You'll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have a global impact on Visual's activities. Bring your exceptional skills for prioritization to allocate and manage projects to meet budget and timing parameters. Here, you'll balance efficiency with effectiveness as you oversee the planning and production for all Visual Marketing deliverables.

As a Project Manager, Visual you will build and foster relationships across the Visual organization as well as the cross functional teams that support your area throughout the enterprise, focusing on strong communication, clarifying challenges and setting/managing expectations to get the best work. This role enhances the value of the Visual organization to be seen as a credible and influential thought leader within the enterprise. You'll be responsible for leading a body of work that supports a pyramid or department across the enterprise that will deliver overall Visual goals efficiently and effectively, as well as initiate and champion new ideas to drive Visual in support of company and marketing goals.

You will lead and expertly influence your Visual team to co-create and will drive end-to-end processes and best practices that advance the overall Visual team's work. Key to this role is the ability to cultivate and maintain partnerships and efficient working relationships with internal and external partners. You'll provide expertise and guidance on execution implementation across your area of business both with the Visual and other cross-functional partners. You'll proactively connect the dots and identify gaps and impacts across all phases of work.

You'll motivate and inspire the teams to meet their milestones of the work throughout the process and to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while fostering a culture of collaboration and team-work across the organization. You will be an influential partner and seen as the go-to point of contact for internal and external partners

About you:
  • College degree, with 4+ years Project Management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, able to connect across the organization
  • Strong communicator that can collaborate and clarify to manage and set clear expectations
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task with a consistent and accurate output
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively through ambiguity and maintain guest-centric focus
  • Ability to influence at all levels
