Working within HR Planning & Delivery, your mission will be to enable and support the delivery of HR and enhance the team member experience. You will have a front row seat to the work of HR and determine the best way to plan, sequence and deliver HR to the organization.

As a Sr. HR Ops Services Manager, you'll lead the Talent Acquisition Staffing Specialist team and partner directly with a variety of leaders, especially the HQ Talent Acquisition team. Through your partnerships, you will work with recruiters to deliver the best candidate experience by supporting the operations and logistics throughout the interview process. In this role, you will have accountably to lead and implement operational strategies that support the talent acquisition process as well as deliver on key business objectives and outcomes.

About you:
  • 4 Year degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of HR experience or equivalent in leading an operations team
  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to identify, define and resolve ambiguous problems
  • Demonstrated experience improving the operations of a support team/function; including the use of technology to improve processes
  • Proven experience in building trust and collaborating with partners cross functional groups and engaging and coaching & influencing leaders
  • Commitment to service and providing operational support to the end-user
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguous situations, leading groups through change and being and advocate for others.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and adjust multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate recommendations and results to multiple levels of leadership
  • Ability to positively handle conflict.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Desire to lead a team and build a team culture, routines and best practices
