Hunter Hamilton is accepting applications for an Accounts Receivable Specialist role in the South Metro. This growing company plans to expand to the metro in the fall, however, is looking for to have their ideal candidate begin in Fairbault before the transition.
Responsibilities include:
Hunter Hamilton is accepting applications for an Accounts Receivable Specialist role in the South Metro. This growing company plans to expand to the metro in the fall, however, is looking for to have their ideal candidate begin in Fairbault before the transition.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing all incoming deposits, credit payments, and AR invoices
- Communicate directly with customers regarding discrepancies to resolve billing issues
- Pull and apply deposits from bank and lockbox daily
- Retrieve aging reports out of ERP system
- Minimum two years experience in Accounts Receivable or related role
- Experience with ERP system
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with confidential information
- Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is desired
