As Sr. Creative Resource Planner, you will execute the vision and strategy for resource management and planning at Target Creative. You will support Target Creative with intake, capacity management, analysis and pipeline management. You will be a driving force in the casting of creative teams to multi-channel initiatives - optimizing the skills, experience and availability of Target Creative's talent pool. Your operational leadership and attention to detail will be pivotal in ensuring teams are set up to deliver successfully on projects and that Target Creative is maximizing its potential. You will own the tools and processes that enable informed and effective resource management. As the Sr. Creative Resource Planner, you will clearly communicate with and present to stakeholders in various roles, forging relationships across Target Creative and the enterprise. Your ability to think analytically, provide creative solutions and calmly drive initiatives in a dynamic environment will be the foundation to your success.

About you:
  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience
  • Experience demonstrating a strong understanding of resource management or analytical thinking
  • Effective communication skills
  • Interpersonally savvy with strong listening skills
  • Open to feedback with ability to take direction
  • Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results
  • Deep understanding of creative teams/departments and creative work
