Program Manager

For this role, we require a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, business analysis or management, project or program management or other related field, or the equivalent in work experience. Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in enterprise program management and be certified in project or program management.

Responsibilities

Define and develop an enterprise program management team and affiliated program management office, based on Project Management Institute best practices, to accomplish our company’s portfolio management. We’re in the process of moving to a matrix organization. In this role you’ll provide leadership and direction setting for the Business Solutions function, which oversees one or more programs, to deliver assigned business value; manage and control program execution; ensure activity alignment to program goals and benefits; track the delivery of benefits; coordinate and mentor project managers through execution; and lead change to ensure continuous improvement across our company.
