Pro Staff is looking for a 1st shift painter for a client in Milwaukee. The main responsibilities include: mixing and measuring paint, sandblasting, insuring proper clean up,  applying primers and maintaining proper paint inventory.  We are looking for candidates with great attention to detail and good attendance. This is a temporary to hire opportunity with a starting pay rate of $15.00/hr which might include some overtime depending on workload. This is a first shift position, 7:00am -3:30pm, Monday -Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties: 
Mixing and measuring paint 
Insures proper preparation for each job before painting
Mixing, usage and storage of paint products including enamels, epoxies and urethane enamels
Applies primers using a spray gun and epoxy and urethane enamels
Inspects for a high quality finish on all painted products
Maintains paint supply inventory and insures proper cleanup and storage of all paint products
Grinds and sands products

Requirements: Some heavy lifting is required
Works well with little supervision
Good math skills and mechanical ability needed
Must have a valid driver’s license
Looking for candidates with great attention to detail and good attendance
Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings including a DMV check and drug screen
