Pro Staff is seeking a Receptionist for a packaging company in Lakeville, Minnesota. While in this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service while completing administrative tasks. The hours for this temporary position are 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday and pays $17 per hour. Qualified candidates will be proficient in MS Office Suite and will have previous HR Assistant experience.

Job Duties:

Answer phones

Data entry

Scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms

Maintaining and updating files

Providing customer service to visitors

Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Maintain an organized environment

Prior HR Assistant experience is preferred

Must have experience scheduling meetings and meeting rooms

Ability to meet client requirements
