Pro Staff is helping an industry-leading client find a mechanically-inclined Metal Finisher to join their team. This client has been in business for 30 years and takes pride in their ability to offer innovative, custom solutions to their customers.   

Job Duties:

• Read and follow blueprints to create accurate parts
• Use hand grinders/finishers to complete each product to required standards
• Examine parts to ensure accuracy  

Requirements:

• Ability to use a take measure accurately
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good work ethic
• Effective technical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday (some overtime may be available on Saturdays)
Pay: $15/hour, based on experience
Duration: Temp to hire
