TSS Operations Manager

Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time TSS Operations Manager at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The TSS Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and delivering data and analytics strategies to advance quality and responsible sourcing capabilities for the entire TSS Quality and Compliance organization. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) maintaining a comprehensive data and analytics strategic vision by establishing data visualization; (2) establishing and delivering data and analytics strategies to advance quality and responsible sourcing capabilities; (3) defining and measuring success metrics, including role and organization level specific KPIs, business outcomes and monitoring change progress by thru change management principles and data education; (4) developing, driving and auditing critical processes, procedures and management systems leveraging project management principles (PMBOK) including project charters, scope management, work breakdown structures, timing & action, stakeholder analysis and process mapping; (5) establishing business data architecture by defining data dictionary, data glossary and data models; and (6) working with the following tools/technologies: Data Analytics, Agile, Jira, Waterfall, MS Project, Salesforce, HTML, CSS, SQL, data architecture, data modeling.
