A non-profit organization in Minneapolis is seeking vibrant and motivated Student Loan Counselors that will assist student loan borrowers throughout the loan life-cycle. This role will make outbound calls to students and references, and advise them on managing their student loans. The Student Loan Counselor must have excellent verbal and written communication, as the position will be communicating via phone and email.

This company would like people with a customer service background. Retail backgrounds are a plus! This is a great position for someone who is looking to transition from the retail world to an entry-level office job.

Qualified candidates will:

• Have a High School diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Be able to demonstrate ability to analyze and solve problems
• Have at least 1 year experience working in an office, call center, or customer service environment
• Have a solid work history
