JOB POSITION: Lead Functional Analyst

LOCATION: 33 South 6th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402

DUTIES: Analyze, design, develop, and implement solutions that transform and modernize the computer programs for our finance business; test, maintain, and monitor software solutions that will build and operate on a scale that supports Target's key information technology strategies and coordinate installation of computer programs; prioritize user requirements and functional requirements; review and analyze computer program performance indicators and perform problem resolution; work in a highly collaborative, agile development environment, partnering closely with other functional analysts and software developers; drive engineering design throughout the project and platform life-cycle; drive standards and best practices while collaborating with the team to promote re-use and develop consistent technical build processes; drive technical quality, stability and scalability of solutions; and stay current with new technologies via formal training and self-directed education. Tools and technologies used: SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP IM (Inventory Management), SAP CCS (Condition Contracts & Settlements), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling), SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), SAP SOLMAN (Solution Manager), LSMW, JIRA, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or closely related field and at least five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience in preparing functional specifications, configuration, gap analysis, and integration testing (any title), including at least two (2) years of experience with inventory management, warehouse goods movement, procurement, SAP MM, and SAP IM.
