Position Summary

The Occupational Therapy Assistant - Campus and Online at St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time administrative assistant. This position is responsible for providing support services to facilitate efficient and effective operations of the OTA program (campus and online), including the program's clinical education.

Responsibilities:
• General administrative support (e.g., managing inquiries, shipping/mail management, book/materials ordering, meeting minutes, technical support, special events, student support).
• Faculty support (e.g., HR support, assisting with quality assurance reports, travel arrangements, faculty compliance documents).
• Clinical education support (e.g., student data management, CEU generation, fieldwork placement correspondence, student evaluation management, monitoring compliance and quality assurance).

Required Qualifications

Required qualifications:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Candidate must be able to work independently, continually prioritize tasks within a fast paced program to meet (often changing) deadlines, demonstrate flexibility in responding to (and helping create) processes, and keep up-to-date with changes in technology.
• Candidate must have experience with data bases and data management, and have experience working in higher education.
• Experience in online education is preferred.
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant in higher education is preferred.
