Winona State University and HealthForce Minnesota invite applications for the position of HOSA Director.  This position is externally funded and is located on the WSU-Rochester Broadway site. Telework from a home office located in the Twin Cities area will be considered.  The HOSA Director manages Minnesota HOSA (Future Healthcare Professionals), the Minnesota chartered association of International HOSA, which is a student development organization, recognized by the US Department of Education, serving students in grades 7-16. 

This position advances Minnesota HOSA by developing key strategic partnerships and initiatives involving K-12, higher education, and industry throughout Minnesota.  The primary initiatives are co-curricular and extracurricular programing to launch students on a successful pathway to rewarding healthcare careers, thereby advancing the mission of HealthForce Minnesota to build Minnesota’s healthcare workforce through education and industry partnerships.

Minimum qualifications for this position include (1) a bachelor’s degree and (2) four years of experience in organizational development, project management, and facilitation and collaboration with multiple constituencies and organizations.
