Pro Staff is partnering with a Building Material Distributor and is looking for a Customer Service Representative that is interested in working in a call center environment. While in this position, you will be taking up to 100 incoming calls per day to take orders and build sales. If you are someone that has essential sales skills and has an understanding of building materials, this is a perfect position for you! This direct hire position is located in Lakeville, Minnesota and starts at $17 per hour, depending on experience. Qualified candidates will have previous knowledge and experience with building materials.

Job duties:

Negotiate margins and gross sales

Support with promotions and industry updates

Answer customer questions over the phone regarding different products

Learn and apply sales techniques

Problem solve any issues regarding products or customer complaints

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must have 3+ years in Customer Service

Knowledge of building materials is required

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Must be flexible with the hours

Ability to process orders quickly

Have a positive attitude

Must have Customer empathy and relations

Have basic keyboarding skills

Ability to work on a computer software

Must have basic math skills
