SENIOR CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

Req. 2 years of post-secondary education in accounting, statistics or business administration; Employer will also accept two years of experience in accounting, statistics or business administration in lieu of two years of post-secondary education. Must possess two years of experience in the following: QuickBooks and other accounting software; Client management software; Providing customer support for high-net-worth clients ($5 million and above) in household and other domestic matters; Working with family foundations ($5 million and above) including grant preparation and monitoring; Supporting non-profits or charitable organizations/entities in governance, compliance, and administration; Bookkeeping including independent client financial reporting; and Coordinating client inventory, legal document tracking and audits.
