SENIOR ANALYST, ENTERPRISE INFORMATION PROTECTION

Best Buy Co., Inc. has an opening in Richfield, MN for the position of Senior Analyst, Enterprise Information Protection to prepare detailed specifications and estimates from which development will be executed at the program level. Perform the necessary discovery and fact finding to fully understand and execute all assignments related to the Oracle Identity Access Management implementation. Manage and support Oracle Identity Manager capability and resolve all end user access issue related to it. Create and sustain business literacy and understanding of business processes in the organization and tie back to Identity Access Management. Code, debug, revise and document intricate objects or systems. Implement the tested and approved objects in a manner which protects the integrity of all test and production environments. Adhere to all application standards, service level agreements, and processes, as well as participate in the development of these application standards and processes. Effectively communicate to business and IT partners. Create effective unit test plans from the technical specifications as well as review unit test plans for completeness. Resolve and troubleshoot any production issues related to Identity Access Management. Requires: At least a Master's degree, or an equivalent foreign degree, in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related technical specialty, plus at least one year of experience in the following: (1) Oracle Identity Suite of Identity and Access Management Applications including: OIM, OIA, Oracle Directory Services, and Oracle Access Manager; (2) Ping Federation Services; (3) working with at least one of the major Data Base Systems: IMS, DBL, Oracle or SQL; (4) Enterprise Information Security Architecture (EISA); and (5) Object oriented programming languages.
