In this position you will be working in a close-knit team environment, with fast-paced work and will provide both face to face and over the phone communication. Receptionist Job Responsibilities Include: • Greet and escort customers to the correct department • Receive and close customer payments/refunds • Accounts Receivable; contact customers for any required payment collections • Data entry, filing, and document management to maintain personnel files • Administrative tasks as assigned • Answering phones, serving as a liaison with employees and associates This position is Tuesday - Saturday, with hours that range from 8am - 6pm.
