Manufacturing Technician
Job Details
Pro Staff is looking for experienced manufacturing technicians for a heavy industrial company in the Kansas City Northland! Compensation is $15-$16/hr. Must be open to 2nd or 3rd shift.
Responsibilities include the following:
Perform disassembly, clean, re-qualification, rework and assembly operations utilizing manual equipment and automated equipment.
Inspect work completed on components to internal inspection criteria for compliance to quality or engineering requirements.
Also responsible to perform work in a safe manor in support of lean manufacturing principals such as but not limited to 5s or single piece flow to required take time.
In some cases may have to perform special process such as welding or non-destructive testing which will require special process training or certification.
May have to assist in the operation of overhead cranes.
Required Skills:
Update resume is a MUST
Must have at least 2 years recent manufacturing experience
Must have high school diploma or GED at a minimum
Must be able to comply with required pre-screenings
