Hunter Hamilton is currently searching for a Business-to-Business Credit Specialist to join growing team in the heart of Minneapolis. The primary responsibility for this Contract-To-Hire role would be applying professional customer service and soft collections experience to follow up on past due payments while continuing the B2B relationship.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers who have exceeded terms to minimize days Outstanding and bad debt write-off.
- Run and review overdue invoice report weekly, and evaluate appropriate action, either changing payment terms or issuing final demand letters
- Communicate with Sales and Management of order holds, payment on prepaid orders, while also maintaining updated customer database
- Investigate relevant issues and follow-up as necessary, especially on NSF check
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Specific B2B Collections experience as well as with ERP systems
