Now hiring: a temp-to-hire Accounting Clerk for a company in the SW Metro! This individual must be detail oriented and have the ability to perform general accounting and administrative functions within a manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Process weekly check runs
  • Assist in collections activities as necessary
  • File state and tax use refunds and payments
  • Perform GL account reconciliation
  • Assist with month end and year end activities
  • Other various duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of accounts payables and accounts receivables experience
  • Accounting in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Minimum of associates degree in accounting or related field of study
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
