Pro Staff has partnered with a manufacturing company in Burnsville, Minnesota and are seeking a Assembly Supervisor for a disassembly team. This company specializes in manufacturing payment terminal carts, mounting solutions for keyboards, printers, and more! This temp to hire position has the hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday and pays $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. This position may require the candidate to work in both the Savage and Burnsville locations. Qualified candidates will have experience in manufacturing assembly and will be mechanically inclined.

Disassemble products Communicate specific job assignments to team members Assign workers to appropriate duties while considering their strengths and weaknesses Maintain a clean, safe work environment Other job duties as assigned Requirements:

Previous experience leading 5+ people

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience assembling product (not line assembly)

Ability to motivate and lead others

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have good attention to detail Good reliability and attendance Must be able to meet client requirements
