Job Description:

Assist in our rep and project quality control processes

Review photos submitted by representatives

Determine if photos meet company policy and project standards

Approved quality photos for clients to review

If photos does not meet standard, follow up accordingly

Deny photo for not meeting expectations

Send rep follow up communication

Clearly explain why the rep did not meet standards

Give detailed next steps for reps to correct issues

Track progress and follow up if changes are not made

Identify reps with a history of poor performance and escalate 

 

Ideal candidate would have experience:

In HR or a related field

Leading others

Understanding a corrective action process

Issuing corrective action or at minimum having difficult/coaching conversations as it relates to an employee’s performance

Proficient computer skills

Excellent written communication

Must be able to meet client pre-screening requirements.
