We are looking to add a Mechanical Tech to our team on 2nd shift. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of troubleshooting, a strong mechanical aptitude, CNC experience is preferred. Compensation is $13-$15/hr depending on experience. 

Responsibilities:
1. Conducts CNC machine programming.
2. Maintains thorough knowledge of new products, parts, and build procedures.
3. Works with QA to make sure all parts for the new product meet specifications and standards.
4. Works with the Manufacturing Engineers and Maintenance technicians to assure all proper documentation for processes and equipment is in place including: process flow charts, equipment information, preventative maintenance and start/ stop process.
5. Properly documents all processes and procedures for use including new product launches.

Requirements:
• Excellent CNC programming ability.
• Knowledge of the entire suite of Microsoft products.  
• Excellent communication skills for cross communication between shifts.
• Excellent process and product knowledge.  
• Excellent leadership ability required.
