Hunter Hamilton is accepting applications for a Direct Hire Financial Analyst role in the North Metro. This individual will be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting by evaluating operating results in terms of profitability and performance to budget.

Responsibilities include:
·         Provide management with the financial and operating information in order to guide business decisions
·         Analyze and interpret statistical and financial data to evaluate operation results in terms of profitability and performance to budget
·         Initiate, prepare, consolidate and review entity budget and forecasts.
·         Track, accrue and prepare sales commission, rebates and royalties, internally and externally
·         Prepare and analyze monthly account reconciliations as assigned
·         Assist with the annual audit
·         Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested

Qualifications include:
·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
·         Minimum three years of general accounting experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills
·         Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
·         Experienced in ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
·         Advanced Excel and basic Word skills
