Pro Staff is currently working with a premier manufacturing company in the Brainerd Lakes Area who is seeking candidates to fill Packing Specialist positions on 3rd shift. The successful candidates will accurately pack quality finished product according to customer specifications. 

Responsibilities: 
- Remove finished product from in-line thermoforming machine as it is being produced.
- Review each part for quality issues such as plastic thickness, uneven trim, holes, color variation, etc. 
- Pack finished parts into boxes according to customer specifications, taping and labeling each one and placing on pallets as completed. 
- Ensure proper quantity before boxing and maintains required paperwork.
- Communicate problems with bad parts, label-aire malfunctions, or machinery to the Operators in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment. 

Requirements:
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team.
- Possess the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
