Job duties include but not limited to:

• Performs all mass spectrometer sniff testing per associated engineering specification.
• Performs all vacuum testing per associated engineering specification.
• Ensures calibration of mass spectrometer and associated leak test equipment is performed per preventive maintenance requirements.
• Participates in the corrective action process to eliminate reoccurring procedural or product related non-conformances.
• Ensures availability of internally calibrated test pieces and tools through good housekeeping practices.
• Records and reports ongoing first pass yield data.
• Conducts testing requirements in compliance with all safety requirements.
• Performs additional product inspection operations or functional tests as defined by associated control plans and work orders.
• Assess product for workmanship flaws.
• Completes tasks within ISO 9000 Guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant inspection experience
• Ability to use testing products and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good attendance and team player
