Job Details

Pro Staff is now hiring for a temp to hire Recruiter Assistant! This is an entry level opportunity with our company to work in our Richardson and Dallas sites. The Recruiter Assistant will be responsible for assisting with customer service openings.  Main responsibilities will include sourcing, recruiting, screening and qualifying candidates; utilizing social media and other recruitment platforms; preparing first day confirmations and offer letters using our internal system and partnering with the Recruiting Managers. Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (Must be flexible to work overtime as needed) Pay: $16/hour Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative and/or Recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
