Pro Staff is helping a growing client in Menasha, WI search for Production Associates to join their team.

As a production associate, you will be a crucial part of the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assisting machine operators by receiving product off of machines, removing excess material from finished products, and performing a visual inspection of the product to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards.

To ensure you are successful in this role, you will need:

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production setting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability working in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude

Shift: 6 or 12 hour AM or PM shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, flexible schedule available as well
Duration: Temp or Temp-to-hire
Pay: $12.50-$14.25
